The start of my afterthought heel sock. I'm using the baby cable rib from the Sensational Knitted Socks book. After this pair I will surely on put designs on the leg portion of my socks. I hope you can see the design on the sock. This is a toddler sock, I think the deisgn may be a tad much, but we knit and learn.

Here is my first ever knitted mitten. It feels great on my hand. Now I need to get a mate so, the other hand won't be jealous. A very easy knit. Of course, my favorite yarn Paton's Classic Merino Wool Yarn. The pattern is http://www.berroco.com/exclusives/melinda/melinda.html

Here is my almost finished messenger bag. This is a pattern I designed myself. This is the other bag for my bag swap partner. I used knitpicks Wool of Andes Yarn to knit this bag. I used double strand. I usually don't double the strands, but this turned out pretty nice. I had to wash it more than once to achieve the felted look I was pleased with. I will attach the button and ship it off.

Here is my version of a cell sock. I just used a top down version of a sock. Used size 3 circular needle. Knitted in rows. CO 40 then knit 12 rows k2, p2 ribbing and then I knit 33 rows in stockinette stitch. I did the kitchener stitch on the bottom and then sewn up the side. You can use I-Cord for the handle or you can do a single crochet and a slip stitch row. I really like how it turned out. I made one yesterday and made the other today. I just added the strap.

Here is my finished Knitting Needle Knitting bag. I think it is gorgeous and the lining especially. Too bad it's not mines goes to my Bag Swap partner. I hope she likes it as much as I do.
